1951년 이스라엘 하이파에서 태어난 유발 말러는 뉴욕 시 시각예술학교에서 그래픽 디자인과 애니메이션을 공부했다. 말러는 인간의 행동에 대한 통찰력 있는 작품을 만들기 위해 풍부한 풍자적이고  희극적인 요소를 가미하여 작품을 제작하여 인기를 끌었다. 그의 그림은 전 세계의 다양한 삶의 조건하에서 인간 관계를 탐구하고 때로는 유태인의 삶을 탐구한다. 말러의 작품에는 섬유유리, 아크릴, 구아체, 금속절단, 3D 리토그래프, 세리그그래프, 기클 등이 있다. 그의 그림은 이스라엘, 미국, 캐나다, 독일, 스위스를 포함한 많은 나라의 화랑과 전시회에서 보여졌다.말러의 작품은 많은 유명한 후보작가들 중에서 스왓치워치회사가 선택된 작가이기도 하다. 

Born in 1951 in Haifa, Israel, Yuval Mahler studied graphic design and animation at the School of Visuals Arts in New York City. Mahler draws upon a rich supply of wry humor, satire, caricature, and comedy to produce his insightful studies of human behaviour. His paintings explore human relationships under various conditions of life all over the world and sometimes exploring Jewish life. Mahler’s work appeals to the child in us all, to optimists as well as media. The variety of his art includes Fiberglass, Acrylic, Gouache, Metal Cutting, 3D Lithograps, Serigraphs and Giclle. His paintings have been shown in galleries and exhibitions in many countries, including Israel, U.S.A., Canada, Germany and Switzerland.One of Mahler’s greatest achievements is that Swatch Watches chose him from all of the Israeli artists to design their stores in Israel.
